Ordered trousers online Friday, received email today (Tue, 11.20am) stating the trousers are ready to be picked up at JD Sports. I call at JD Sports at 4.30pm; there is no order there in my name. I try to call Millets customer service, after a 20 minute wait on the phone listening to very annoying music I give up.
Very Poor service.
