I did click & collect and was advised when my odèr would be ready to collect a week later. I received a text on the day to tell me it was in store. After verification & validation of myself and goods I received my order and was assured that if it didn't fit I could return the goods to the store in Uckfield where I would receive a full refund. In a seperate transaction in store after purchasing my order of £25 when I noticed I could have purchased another item for less than the price displayed the sales assistant a female would not let me do this with the goods I had already purchased.
