Disgusting service, I will never order from them again. I received my order after it had been delayed and delayed and then there was an item missing. No note with the order, no email, no text, nothing to say an item is missing. I emailed them. I received a response days later to say 'Thank you for requesting a refund' - I didn't, I asked when the item would be delivered. So I went back and asked when the item would be delivered, to which they responded 'You have received your order', so I went back, and they responded 'Sorry the refund is taking longer than expected, so I went back, and they responded 'Your refund will be with you shortly', so I replied and they said 'Thank you for contacting us, we are looking in to this' so I replied, and then they asked me to confirm my details for ID (a bit late now!), so I went back, and about 10 emails later I get a response to say the item I ordered is out of stock because the website doesn't update with stock levels so it allows people to order stock which is unavailable. Then they don't communicate that the item is out of stock. Awful service. So now I have waterproof trousers for my daughter and no coat. Not happy at all.
