Shocking customer services! The company sent me the wrong dog food which wasn’t noticed until a few weeks later when current supply of food ran out. I called the company explaining the situation (correct food ordered, wrong food sent) only to be quoted T&Cs and told it’s my mistake for not checking at the time of receipt. They were extremely rude on the phone & via email. Not only do I spend a considerable amount of money with them each month, I have also recommended to friends & family who also use them. Not a company I’ll recommending again in the future!
