Daughter ordered a Prom Dress which was due to arrive on 15th June. It in fact arrived on the 30th June, the day AFTER she required it. Impossible to get any response other than a 'ticket' following requests to return the dress and receive a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL NOT NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!!!!!
