Like the others, I STRONGLY recommend avoiding them. We purchased a hoco dress for my daughter, followed the sizing guide, only to receive it and have the shoulder straps be so tight they left red marks after just a few minutes and it was painfully unwearable. Clearly, the sizing guide doesn't address height differences, but they are refusing the return anyway. Not to mention, we received. no shipping notice, they use some generic gmail account for communicating, and I opened two tickets on their website for the return, both of which they failed to respond to and I had to find the 'Linda smith' dressesofgirl@gmail.com account and try that to get a response instead.
