I am writing this review to warn other people of purchasing from Millybridal. My 17 year old daughter bought a formal dress at a cost of £85. First of all delivery was late, then when she received the garment within 30 minutes of trying it on, she requested a refund. The standard of the dress is horrendous, I can only describe it as if a pupil made it in a school Home Economics project. Such poor quality. Request was denied because apparently they "make dresses to order only". I refuse to believe this. They responded to my daughter & myself both with the exact same automated emails. On their terms & conditions it states a refund request should be initiated within 7 days & still they refuse it. I believe this to be A SCAM. Please avoid this company at all costs if one wishes to avoid such disappointment of a dream dress & be out the sum of a lot money.
