My daughter ordered her room dress from here, one of the straps snapped when she tried it on.
Contacted Milly Bridal who flatly refused to allow a return saying that it was ok when it left their warehouse.
Absolutely disgusting customer service.
My daughter was left with a dress that cost over £100 that she couldn’t wear.
I will never shop here again and would ask people to think seriously before they do.
