Great selection of paper and a well presented website however there needs to be greater clarity on order and delivery times as it isn’t clear. It took a couple of chats to establish this. Given the social media emphasis there was not response on any channel over the weekend at all. Shipping is from Australia which also isn’t clear, I was told 2 weeks from order and it came in 8 days so was much quicker than stated but would be useful to have that information
