I LOVE the product, but I do have to take away for your shipping partnership with UPS. You all did your job creating, cutting, boxing, updating me, but UPS has now taken my paper from the next town over (where I could have just picked up but no one answered me there) now 2 states over. Will be 7 days, at least later than expected delivery date, and that has cost me money due to hiring a professional to install close to that previously expected date. Sorry to be negative towards the company but who you partner with matters and UPS is obviously having problems.
