I had 2 very good interactions with this company earlier in the year. My orders were shipped within 2 days. I placed another order recently and they did not ship after the 2-3 days as stated on their website. So I contacted them. They said shipping takes 4-5 days. I am on day 5 and they have not shipped it yet. If anything changes I will return and change my review. EDIT1: My order has shipped. Delays were said to be due to equipment not passing in house inspection. I will update once more upon receipt. However, all products I have received from them thus far have been top notch. Final Edit: Devices have been received, but not in one shipment. No issues arose and the devices, once running, run wonderfully.
