Communication was good throughout. From the American location and Overseas location. I was provided the machine I ordered, even with Bitmain creating a different model and not producing the model I ordered on the second batch. Only complaint is when I called the NY (USA) location the woman on the phone was highly aggravated with my simple questions. Maybe a bad day don’t know but customer service is important.
