Customer service excellent, contacted on Tuesday to ask if my order could be expedited as needed the electric coolbox for the forthcoming weekend. They duly agreed and the item was delivered on Thursday.
Unboxed and plugged in, was cool within 30mins, left on for 3 hours and then unplugged…left lid closed for several hours and when opened, the inside was still cool.
Excellent purchase and will be using time and time again.
