I had problems with the check out not accepting my NZ post code.
I emailed Jason as per instructions and he went far and beyond expectations to solve the problem within a couple of hours, and given the three hours time difference to Australia and I had emailed about 6:30am nz time, I wasn’t expecting such a quick response.
