“I'm very happy with Mini Zoo's service! Such a user friendly website, very efficient packing and shipping, and emails answered very quickly. Also the prices really are the cheapest I can find in Australia, and the rewards points you can earn are a little bonus. Thanks Mini Zoo team!”
“I've bought from Mini Zoo a few times over the last year or so, always fast delivery and packaging, perfect for my dinosaur collection! I recommend them to anyone in Australia (ФωФ)”
“Mini Zoo is the best in the business. Lovely and fast customer service. A vast range of products to choose from with fantastic prices and sales. I will not buy my figurines from anybody else.”
“As we say, you vote with your feet and since it would be pretty difficult for me to walk to Australia from Toronto, Canada, I'm doing the next best thing - ordering pvc figures from Minizoo. They are rock-solid dependable, the figures are decently priced and always arrive on time or before. Plus, I appreciate theit use of the domestic postal system rather than couriers for my orders, which eliminates the problem of "porch pirates".”
“Mini Zoo are awesome, shipping is super quick, everything is well packed.
I've been buying from Mini Zoo for quite a few years and will continue doing so.”
“had seen several unboxing videos where the item came in the original yellow box, so I was a little surprised when mine arrived without any packaging, just the item itself.
My child was very happy with it, so I didn’t want to make a complaint. However, as this was a gift, I do feel that opening the box is part of the experience. It was a little disappointing not to have the original packaging.
I just wanted to share this as feedback for future orders.”
Hi Hyunjun, thank you for taking the time to review. Please note that the Recur dinosaur you bought from us does not come in a box here in Australia. As with all of our products, we send them in the original packaging that they come to us in, as well as extra protection within the box that they are sent in. Our product images and description both have no mention of an outer box being included with the product, so the item ordered was the exact item you received.
Please feel free to reach out to us in the future with any concerns you may have.
Kind regards,
The MiniZoo Team
“amazing service! Fast delivery and every product is just amazing! They also are packaged really well to ensure no damage! Thank you miniZoo for always making me smile to receive an order!”
“I love Mini Zoo more than I love Kmart. Mini Zoo has same day dispatch, fast shipping, decent sales, and a terrific selection of collectable animals.
The last time I went to Kmart someone had dropped their drink in the middle of the make-up aisle. I think it had been there all week. The smell was so bad I gagged and left the store. I wasn’t the only one.
Mini Zoo never smells terrible. Not even with all the collectable animals they have. Five stars for Mini Zoo. Highly recommend.”
“Amazing quality pieces I’m super impressed. Toddler immediately loved them and started playing. Quick delivery too and easy to use website. Will order all our animals from mini zoo in the future to expand our collection.”
“Your products are very comprehensive. The details on the fish and stingrays are very good. I use the models as a reference for sculpting pieces that I create. Your service and prompt delivery is also outstanding. Thank you Guys and I look forward to purchasing more in the future. Regards John Beach”
