Hi, sorry to hear you have received a figure that doesn't stand well. Plastic warping can happen with PVC figures, but there's an easy fix. To straighten simply heat the model with warm water or a hairdryer, then hold the part in the correct position while running under cold water. This resets the plastic in the correct position and should help the figure to stand again.

Hi Leonie, thank you for your review. The majority of our figurines are realistic models that consist of one solid piece, which makes them non-movable. However, if your grandson is looking for movable snakes, I would like to recommend the rubber snakes which are soft and can be moved. Apologies there have been some delays with Australia Post due to the Covid lockdowns across NSW and VIC. The parcel left our warehouse 13 days ago.
