“Great range and good service. My only criticism is that I wish you could use paper rather than plastic packaging/ wrapping for individual items. Hate soft plastics.”
“The company is fine but the 25 percent import tax from Australia to NZ is prohibitive. You also cannot control that the companies that release these models do a nice paint job initially and this deteriorates.”
“Have made multiple orders, they don’t seem like the most friendly place despite their little family write up. But by far the best place to these buy animal figurines. I already have another filled cart waiting to be bought”
“The items I purchased were artic animals.
The speed of delivery was fantastic. The animals were of excellent quality. But were much smaller than I had anticipated.”
“The puppets are just beautiful. They are well made and are of excellent quality. I only have one issue, they could have been better packaged. The puppets were just shipped with no protection other than the mailing satchel. Had the satchel become damaged during shipping the puppets themselves could've been damaged. Whilst I had free shipping, I would've been happy to pay for better packaging.”
“Very quick delivery ( just over a week ) and I live in remote wa so that rare. The only issues I have had is a few of my items have come slightly disfigured wich is most likely a manufacture issue not you guys. All and all great service at a very good price”
“Very happy with my purchase and all dealings with mini zoo, I got several bears for my little one who’s bear obsessed. I’ll definitely be purchasing more later. Shipping was fast and everything was well packaged and protected.”
“Mini Zoo is prompt and friendly. The figurines are packaged well to ensure their safe journey from A to B. Their range of figures never ceases to amaze me. I will always return here to add to my growing (and unhealthy) hobby.”
“Great range, fast postage, competitive prices. Very happy apart from the kind of shocking amount of plastic packaging. Doesn’t really fly these days.”
