“Everything about the experience with your company was good except for offering express service via Australia Post to Victoria from Queensland when it wasn’t really an option. Aust Post should offer only “standard” services during the lockdown conditions rather than us consumers paying top dollar thinking that they really can achieve express services. Receiving a photo from my niece of her daughter finally receiving her parcel makes the unpleasant service experience more tolerable.”
