“The customer service was excellent. Ship time wasn't bad considering the distance, easy to track.
The quality was very good.
What was disappointing was the fact that the label said: "Made in China". I thought I was buying something made in Australia from a small family company. But really, you are just a third party. Distributing something you didn't make and at a cost.
As I said I am satisfied with the product and my Granddaughter loves it. But will probably not order again from you as I like special things, not mass-produced items from China.”
