I have ordered from MiniZoo many times mostly dinosaurs and every experience has been fantastic. Their range is incredible, there’s always something new to add to our collection. What really makes MiniZoo special though is the people behind it. Tahnaya is a wealth of knowledge and always so kind and helpful whenever we’ve had a question or needed advice and Jason has always been so helpful in regards to the layby process and emails. The customer service is genuinely outstanding and delivery is always smooth and reliable. I really appreciate that they offer layby it makes budgeting for those bigger purchases so much easier for me aswell as storage from prying eyes. MiniZoo has become one of our favourite places to shop and it’s clear they truly care about their customers.
