Took 10 days to box and ship 3 small bottles of the exact same color paint. Sent an email questioning the delay on the 9th day, after attempting patience. I never heard anything back until a couple days later, after it had finally shipped.
When the box finally arrived, it was massive compared to the 3 small bottles. Makes one wonder if shipping costs would be lower with smarter packaging.
Oh and these paints were needed for a commission job too. Glad a friend had a bottle so I did not have to delay my client.
Bad experience for me, most likely won’t shop again unless desperate for my needs.
The customer service does get a 3-4 star from me because once someone did respond, the response was very professional and explained about the warehouse move.
Clicking “over a week” for the company response. Though it was actually a couple days until a response. Emailed on the 29th. Response came on the 1st.
