I ordered Azul gift wrapped for my nephew's birthday - when the package arrived it contained Gloomhaven instead. When I reached out about this they sent a UPS label for us to return, along with a message saying that we need to reach out once sent so they could ship us Azul. So basically holding the game that I already bought hostage until they received the game they sent out by mistake. Went along with it and responded the next day when Gloomhaven was in the mail. No response for 2 weeks. I followed up at that point and nothing again for several days. I finally threatened to do a chargeback on my card unless refunded which got a response in less than 24 hours. Do yourself a huge favor and purchase your games elsewhere
