It really pains me to type this. For years I’ve almost exclusively used MM when purchasing games. For years nothing ever went wrong, in fact I made it difficult a few times on MM by ordering something one day to then order something a couple days later but asking MM to merge the orders for one shipment, and they did that with ease. I haven’t been given what I feel is a true or honest answer but something has changed with MM service from what I can tell in 2023, possibly others experienced this in 2022. I’ve now had four orders in a row where something went wrong, orders not being fulfilled, wrong items sent, no communication when an item I preordered goes out of stock and when I call to ask what’s taking so long they admit they have no idea when the product will come back in stock yet they don’t reach out and ask if I’d want my other items ready to ship just sent ahead in stead. Go read on BoardGameGeek a large forum of people listing other frustrations. Again, something changed, is that a new operating system and there are bugs, was it Asmodee purchasing MM the problem, are they understaffed, is it all of the above and more they aren’t saying. It’s irresponsible for us to pay them money and for them to not communicate, mess our orders up, and over extend preordering items when they don’t have sufficient supply of the item. We don’t have to put up with this and I’m on a very thing rope with MM now. If they can’t produce clean and proper order fulfillment over the next two orders I do, I’m gone.
