Good experience with the company, but Ark Nova Map Pack 2 was shipped in a large padded envelope. USPS crammed it into my mailbox, so the product is all bent up. Should have been shipped in something un-crammable or via UPS, etc. Perhaps I should have chosen a different shipping method, but I didn’t realize how weak the packaging is.
