I've bought a good number of items from Miniature Market, and have never had an issue with them or their customer service. Had an issue once with a shipment getting lost in transit, and it was quickly resolved and resent immediately. The items they have in stock are typically at a good price, and usually things go on sale quite often, making them easier to pick up.
