Miniature Market used to be great, but now that they're under different management the quality of service has greatly dminished. I've had a lot of my orders automatically cancelled and sometimes without notification. Some of those cancelled orders for whatever reason don't automatically provide me with a refund (whether Gift Certificate or back to original form of payment), and thus I have had to call and ask to have the refund fully processed. Calling is another issue, the hours for calling support aren't convenience for someone in the Pacific time-zone. Additionally, most of the time that I call, I don't manage to get to speak to someone and have to call back several times. Some of my hold-orders I release only to find out that my item is no longer is stock. Which doesn't make sense considering I pay for an item that is supposed to be in stock and allocated to me. I'm really disappointed in what Miniature Market has become.
