The customer service did try their best to support. However, majority of the files after more than 12 hours of recovery are not readable. I lost most of my files which is quite frustrating.
I'm ready to let go the $100 as its very difficult to get the 30 days money back guranttee as they kept asking for log files and get you to read their long email steps which is really time consuming. Not good user experience at all.
