Absolute joke company. They were recommended by our insurance company, which is shocking as Minster Law is beyond terrible.
Takes at least 40mins to get through and then the person on the phone either apologies and says they don't know why it hasn't been done or that the person I spoke to previously has done it wrong.
It's the last thing you need after a crash.
They don't return calls or emails, in fact there's no contact at all unless I've phoned them.
AVOID THIS COMPANY they're a joke!
