I've had a personal injury claim with minster law since November 2023 due to a car accident.Nine months on I am still waiting for the claim to be settled. I was offered a settlement figure which now needs to be confirmed and settled
Ive rung and emailed minster law several times for updates on my claim. I am being constantly ignored by them and have said that If I do not receive an update I will go to another company.
Their customer service is shocking and I would advise anyone to avoid this company
