2021 my accident was and over 3 years later nothing is resolved I refused a medical report as I wasn't happy with what was written and was told if I refuse it I would have to pay £2500 for a new report which I had no choice to agree too I've had around 5 case handlers its been a long long process and your made to feel more of an inconvenience than a client
