I have to say Paige Wilson Wood is a credit to the Company. When the procedure was dragging on frustration crept in, I contacted her and she was outstanding. She listened to my concerns, was understanding and sympathetic. She resolved any outstanding (and future) issues promptly and efficiently. Regular emails kept me in touch with the process. Her telephone manner was first class, pleasant and professional. Needless to say the communication was extremely reassuring. The matter is now resolved and monies have now been paid into my account.
