I’m not sure if Mint Velvet will see this, but I just wanted to send a 5* review to their customer service rep Scott. My parcel went missing which contained clothes for my son’s christening. Scott sorted it out straight away, got my parcel resent and followed up on its progress to ensure it reached me in time for my event. I’m so grateful but kept missing his phone calls so couldn’t thank him personally. You’re a hero Scott, thank you.
