I bought the 4N1 on Amazon last year and I wish I did more research on this chair because there are other companies more knowledgeable and reliable than Miracle Mobility. I had to contact another company that sells the 4N1 for info on how to remove the battery for airplane safety and finally gave up and bought a Pride to travel with. Angel was no help and customer service was a nightmare. I wish I could get my money back!
