REPORT THEM TO USING ALL THE PLATFORMS, ALL. Mirraw India/online is disaster all around. Their customer service is laughable, their communication is not reasonable. They asked me to take pictures of the items ordered and send it back via email unbelievable. They will not refund customers. I think they like money but there is a proper way to earn money. I was communicating with they from 5/18/2023 to 11/15/2023 daily emails. The amount was $144.80. they said it cannot be solved because is more than 7 days old problem, that same day called, BBB, Online business regulations, and finally local bank that owns the credit card that I used I was refunded within 72 hrs
