“DO NOT BUY FROM MIrraw. At the time of buying I was told that returns were easy. Now I am trying to return ready-made items back due to size and quality and it impossible to do it. They aren't providing return address and holding 400 USD worth items. They asking for stupid information like "place your clothes on the floor and take picture for items you want to return " even though I provided item number and pics or " send the measurements of the clothes ". These guys are scammers. Multiple inefficient staff who don't have any knowledge of customer service or just general knowledge are answering emails
They dont pick up calls or call you back.
And now they dont have a return address for me to send the items back.
Its very frustrating and I am pulling my hair for the last month.”

I sent pictures to mirraw. Wrote everything in innumerable emails. Talked to customer support.
Nothing happened. The metal is like plastic. I have already spent 40$ on it. I don't want to spend 100$ more to make it wearable. Mirraw is not refunding me.

They then demanded pictures multiple time which they said they never recieved, even when I forwarded on the email proof. And then.. ignored all my emails!!. Basically this company is a SCAM… save yourself the money and stress and buy anywhere else”
