Order came in after keeping my money for 3 months, & as soon as I pulled a bit of order , it was torn worn out rag material.
I immediately pushed the fabric back , & guess what it was dozens of hours of time investment, calls , emails , non ending cycle . & months later response was I did not like the purchase was not enough reason .
The shameless company needed a book explaining why & how I needed to return ,
I was so furious that I did write that thesis .
I choked when I got a response say the company still won't refund but offered 5% discount on future purchase?????
I am looking into legal avenue to stop this India based company to stop buisness operations in United States .”
“Terrible customer service and even worse business management!! I had ordered an outfit for a wedding. I gave them my measurements and when I received the item, It was too small. I contacted them right away and told him what happened. They told me to send them pictures of the measurements of the outfit that I received. So I sent that, and you can see clearly that the measurements are not the same as what I sent them. They keep insisting that the measurements are correct. Then they said they didn't have enough material for the blouse piece, so they had to make it short. Really? Are you serious right now? Couldn't they just let me know that there isn't going to be enough material for the blouse so I can pick something else out. We keep going back and forth and it's been a month now that this hasn't been resolved. For the past couple of weeks i've been trying to contact them and they have not replied to any of my emails or WhatsApp messages. I wouldn't give my business to them ever again. They are money hungry thieves!!! I'm just so frustrated and angry with them.”

“Very very bad quality products. The salwar I ordered looks totally different with poor quality from what they posted on the website. Customer service sucks. They are least bothered when we raise issues. Despite multiple emails to them, they don't care.”
“BAD EXPERIENCE. I ordered 2 kurtas based on the size chart. They sent me smaller sizes. When I contacted the customer support, they asked me for measurements. Made me change my tape measure 3 times because it did not have 8 markings per inch where mine had 16 markings. For crying out aloud, an inch is the same on all tape measures. It's been 3 months and I had sent pictures multiple times showing the measurements on the garments with my new tape, and compared to the size chart for that garment as per my order. They insist that 16.5 in is the same as 19 in for the shoulder measurement on their chart. They keep saying they escalated it but I get the same response. They are crooks and they cannot accept that they made a mistake. Please can you share the CEO number so we can bombard them with how bad their service and quality is.”
“We ordered Kurta for our Diwali celebration. When it arrived, we were shocked by its poor quality. It was covered in stains and odd prints. After our complaint, Mirraw suggested to "Just wash it". After washing it in cold water by hand, the whole laundry was covered in black stains as the colour came off the gourmet completely. When we sent the company all the photos and videos, they advised us to send them back to India at our own expense. They are scammers, so please stay away from them.”

I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality from Mirraw. I ordered a saree that was advertised as dark blue, but what I received was a completely different colorâpure blackâand the quality was far below what was promised. To make matters worse, the company has been unresponsive to my request for a full refund, despite my numerous emails explaining that this was not my mistake, but theirs.
I understand their policy on non-returnable stitched items, but this situation is different. I received the wrong product and poor quality material, yet they continue to offer minimal refunds (starting at 10%, then 15%), which is completely unacceptable. Why should I, as the customer, be penalized for an error on their end?
Their lack of proper customer service and failure to address the issue has been incredibly frustrating. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experienceâbuyer beware”

I tracked my order multiple times via email and phone and no one gave me the correct information. after many emails and calls, they informed me the order would take an extra 12-15 days to deliver just 3 days before my event. Mirraw is not a trustworthy and professional company to order your items. don't believe them as they are lying to customers and you will end up with no solution.”

“Do not trust MIRRAW. They supply very poor quality materials. I had return two items recently, now struggling to get the refund. Each day I am receiving email from MIRRAW with different stories about my refund. The return post tracking says item delivered. However MIRRAW create stories each day delaying the refund. Return postage we have to pay from our own pocket which MIRRAW will not refund. So please do not engage MIRRAW. It is waste of money and time.”
