“Please do not buy from this website Terrible customer service My order was not delivered completely . Recurrent emails regarding the missing order to be refunded was totally ignored and I will never ever order from this site again . My total order was close to INR 35000& the missing item was inr10k . No consideration for hard earned money by common people”

“Absolutely the worst! Do not recommend at all! My friends warned me against this site as they too had bad experiences but I figured let me just give it a try. I ordered a dress following THEIR size chart and ordered it accordingly. 3 weeks later my dress arrives in the mail and I can clearly tell by looking at it the dress looks too small. I check the tag and my order to make sure I ordered it correctly and I did. I picked the size according to the size chart they had on the site. I used my own measuring tape and realized that the dress they sent me was 3 sizes smaller than what I ordered. I messaged them on WhatsApp right away and have yet to hear anything from there. I spoke to someone on WhatsApp 3 weeks ago before I placed the ordered and the person responded right away. This time no one is answering because I messaged them a complaint. Also the material is terrible! Absolutely never will buy from them again!”

“Items were sent cheaply made and nothing like the pictures. Customer service repeatedly ask for photos and instead of zooming close to see the obvious issues they ask for more images . Return policy is awful and the items are completely unwearable .”

“Quality of items are useless (not near to the images shown on their website), received incorrect sized clothes which are way too large for kids. After concerns were raised, they wrote email mentioning all quality check done and correct sizes were sent and asking me to send images & videos. Sent them images along with details of issues. No reply from them for a week even after chasing multiple time. Got reply from then after a week and guess what, it's a repeat email of previously received stating they sent correct sizes, quality checked & I need to send them images (with some 8 line fabric measurement) and videos. They are not really bothered so I have raised dispute with my bank.”

“I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but unfortunately my experience with Mirraw has been disappointing. I placed my order on June 11 with an expected delivery date of June 26. Although the order was marked as dispatched, it still hasn't been delivered. I contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I was assured that the package would arrive soon. I was even told it would be delivered by a specific time on the latest promised delivery date, but it never arrived. While the customer support representatives were polite and responsive, the information they provided was inconsistent and ultimately inaccurate. Repeated assurances without any actual progress or transparent updates have been frustrating. If you're ordering for a special occasion or need your items by a specific date, I would recommend placing your order well in advance or considering other options. I hope Mirraw improves its logistics, tracking transparency, and communication with customers, as these areas significantly impact the overall shopping experience.”

“Do not order here. Ordered a dress and given expected delivery date of May 4, 2026. It is June 10, 2026 and company quit responding to my inquiries since requesting a cancelation and refund on May 18. The item was shipped after I disputed charge. I have tried multiple times. The event passed and I had to buy a different dress. How hard is it to cancel and refund an order for an item due over a month ago???”

“This company is terrible. I paid for my item weeks ago and never received anything. No delivery, no update, no real customer service. They took my money and ignored my messages. Very disappointing experience and I would never buy from them again. I do not recommend this company to anyone.”

“Mirraw is a scam I am surprised they are still doing business. I ordered 5 sarees for the wedding suppose to be silk but all came in NYLON fabric. I was so angry but they did not reply for my mails or phone calls. I am shocked to see today they are still doing business this is the worst online site for Indian sarees. please please do not buy!”

“Very bad quality, i asked to return the product and they never responeded back to me. When I first contacted them to return, Pooja and Sandesh from mirraw told to sent pictures of the churidars I bought . I sent the pictires and they never responded to me back. Very poor service. Please nobody buy from here. The cloth quality is very poor, the stuching os bad”

“Ordered an outfit and it was not the same as the photo online. Try to get it resolved through PayPal however, shipping the item back to India was going to cost more than half of what the item cost. Buyer beware:”

“I ordered 3 outfits. One is too small, second one is too big and poor quality and third one pant is too big. When I called them, they asked me to send pictures. No response so I called again and send pictures again. No response. When I called again, they asked me to send measurements pictures. I send it 3 times. No response so so when I called, they hung up on me. Since then I can’t get through. Just worst customer service ever.”

“MIRRAW is a SCAM/FRAUD website scamming people to buy their garments without warning that they are non-refundable. Their size charts on website mismatches the final product and after complaining they refuse to accept return / refund claiming that it is a tailor-made product hence non-refundable. I was not alerted about all of the above and was scammed off my monies which they will not refund now.”
