“I purchased a lehenga and a sharara set from Mirraw for upcoming wedding events. Both outfits look exactly like they do on the website. The fabric and designs are beautiful and well-crafted. The lehenga was tailored to my measurements. The sharara set also had perfect fitting. In terms of pricing, fabric quality, and the overall online shopping experience, it’s definitely worth the money. The ordering process and delivery were very quick, and the customization support team was helpful and responsive.”

“I ordered a ready-made designer dress from Mirraw on 5th January 2026 for my office party in the UK, which was scheduled for 24th January 2026. The estimated delivery date was 17th January 2026. Immediately after placing the order, I received an email stating there would be a delay of 3 business days due to a “technical error from the vendor’s end.” I accepted this, assuming the dress would still arrive by around 21st January — well before my event. The dress was not custom-made; it was a standard size, so I did not expect further delays. However, there were no additional updates about shipping delays. I waited patiently, even until the day of the party, but the dress never arrived. I reached out via WhatsApp and received no response. The delivery was finally attempted on 25th January — one day after my event — which made the dress completely useless for its intended purpose. I had spent over £260 specifically for this office party. I refused the delivery. After this, the Mirraw team repeatedly sent long messages urging me to accept the parcel and pushed for DHL to reattempt delivery, which took several more days. It was very difficult to reason with them regarding a refund. The communication was poor throughout, and there seemed to be constant miscommunication from their end. This was not my first order with them, but it will definitely be my last. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against ordering from them for special occasions where timely delivery is crucial. The service was unreliable and extremely stressful.”

“I recently bought a men’s kurta from Mirraw, and I am very happy with my purchase. The fabric quality is really good and feels comfortable. The stitching is neat, and the fitting is perfect, just as mentioned in the size chart. The color of the kurta is the same as shown in the pictures, which made me even more satisfied. I wore it for a family function and received many compliments. Overall, I had a great experience buying a men’s kurta from Mirraw. Good quality, correct size, and reasonable price. “I am giving 4* rating after the issues I had with my last order but after posting a review on trustpilot Fiza from Mirraw got in touch and refunded me for 2 of the kurta sets but refunded against another order i had to put in - one is still being looked into which was £153.00 Fiza has been good at getting some of this sorted. Only thing is being really pushy about changing my reviews 😒”

“I ordered a kurti set from Mirraw while I was in London and honestly didn’t have very high expectations about the quality. But once I received it, I was pleasantly surprised. The fabric was good and the kurti looked really nice.”

“I ordered 2 similar sarees. Mirraw website mentioned this as "Kanjivaram silk". When I received the parcel, product was so cheap quality and not wearable. It was not Kanjivaram. Later on, their website changed this product description to "Silk blend". This is a cheat. I complained and exchanged numerous emails and phoned them, but they did not even address my issue properly and everytime asking me same questions despite explaining few times. I ultimately gave up bearing loss of around £80. After writing a negative review on another website, I was approached by MIRRAW. Circus started again, asking me saree photos and details of problem which I had to explain again despite a trail of 19 emails exchanges earlier and details given several times!!!! Finally as goodwill they offered to put credit in my online wallet (Not refund though!!) to purchase their another product. This was in exchange of removing review on another website. I waited for credit points to get added to my account. But they are real bullies and harrass their customers to extremes. I just could not believe it, Next day, I got a text saying that there was no issue with the saree they delivered and will not process the credit points/refund. When I tried to call back on their whatsapp number and texted, NO ANSWER. I felt so harrassed and cheated by this terrible business MIRRAW, that I actually cried on wasting hours with them. I will share my horrible experience on other review platforms to warn customers about your shady, misleading and fradulent selling practices. IF I HAD THE OPTION OF GIVING ZERO STAR OR MINUS RATING, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT.”

“Worst online purchase experience I have ever had and worst customer service ever as for returning items. I purchased several items and wanted to return them (the reason should not matter, per their return policy). I contacted them within the timeframe per their policy on Whatsapp- which was so demeaning. The reps are useless and they kept bullying me to keep the items and using delay tactics. I tried asking for a refund for over 2 months- and now they have stopped responding. I never even opened the items. Several times in the chat they said yes to returning the items- but when asked for return information they would then rescind the offer. I was willing to pay to return the items. I do not want them and I especially do not want them now after dealing with them and seeing how much trouble others have had as well. I will not be recommending them to anyone. I will be posting reviews wherever I can and contacting the Consumer Helpline. They have fraudulent practices and do not honor their own guidelines. Bottom line- HORRIBLE COMPANY!”

“I was looking for an Anarkali for a family function and spent way too much time scrolling online, unsure about what to order. I finally chose one from Mirraw, hoping it would look decent in real life. When it arrived and I tried it on, I felt relieved instantly. The flow of the Anarkali was beautiful, the fabric felt comfortable, and it looked elegant without being too heavy. It sat well on the body and didn’t need any last-minute fixes.”
