“I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the clothing item was far below acceptable standards — flimsy fabric, poor stitching, and nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, the sizing was completely inaccurate, making the product unwearable. What made the experience even worse was the unprofessional customer service. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they refused to accept any responsibility and denied both an exchange and a refund, despite clear evidence of the problem. This is not how a reputable brand should treat its customers. I genuinely regret purchasing from this store. Save yourself the frustration — avoid this brand unless they drastically improve their quality and customer service.”

“I ordered a lehenga from there and it’s really nice! The quality is great because the embroidery is strong. The only problem was that their customer service was hard to reach, and I think they should improve that. But overall, the clothes were great, and they did email me with updates.”

“This is my first time shopping on Mirraw and I can say that this is one of my best investments on apparel this year. I bought a mint green Kurta for my husband for his office ethnic day. He doesn't like green when it comes to apparels so was specifically looking for a lighter shade. When the Kurta set arrived, he liked it more that me. The fabric is so soft on the skin and the color is exactly what it's shown on the picture. It does need to be ironed every time he wants to wear it since the fabric is cotton. The pajamas fitting is also decent. But it looks better on a pair of light blue jeans. Overall, it's a good buy!!!”

“I ended up ordering a kurta from Mirraw pretty randomly because I needed something decent for a family event. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but I placed the order anyway and hoped for the best. When the package arrived, I opened it with zero expectations but the kurta actually surprised me. The fabric felt nice, the color looked just right, and when I tried it on, the fit worked perfectly. The delivery also came right on schedule, which was a relief since I was cutting it close to the event date. “I‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ bought an embroidery kaftan from Mirraw recently, and I’m totally satisfied with it. The sewing is perfect the detailed embroidery is very elegant and it doesn’t feel like it’s too much. The material is nice and airy, so it can be worn at home casually or on festival days. The size is correct and the style is very nice, and you can still have enough space to be comfortable and at the same time look trendy. What’s more, I thank the company for the great care that was given in the finishing from the sewing to the intricate designs. In short, this kaftan went beyond my expectation. It is a lovely combination of traditional and modern. I would certainly suggest it to anyone who needs a classy and handy piece of garment in their ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌closet.”

“I recently purchased two dresses worth $1000, and while the designs looked beautiful online, the pieces I received were just as stunning in person and exactly the same as shown on the website. The quality was great, and when I tried them on, they fit perfectly thanks to the custom stitching I added for just $1. Their stitching service is the main reason I’m giving them a 5-star rating.”

“Most rubbish customer service. I ordered a kameez in Oct and it came with extremely bad stitching all the threads inside are coming out. The size was way bigger than what I ordered. I sent 20 emails to them including all clear images and videos of the poor sewing and measurement and yet the lady Pooja Sharma of their customer care team keeps asking me for clear measurements and photos and videos. I dont understand how else I can make them to read the measurements as photos are very clear including that of falling sewing thread work. Extremely bad experience. What o saw on the website is not the same as the product I received. The dupatta material is different as well. Rubbish and very disappointing. Looks like they are copying and pasting the same email everytime I follow up for my refund. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT SHOP FROM MIRRAW.COM THEY ARE PATHETIC AND SELL RUBBISH CHEAP QUALITY WORKMANSHIP CLOTHES.”
