I ordered 2 similar sarees. Mirraw website mentioned this as "Kanjivaram silk". When I received the parcel, product was so cheap quality and not wearable. It was not Kanjivaram. Later on, their website changed this product description to "Silk blend". This is a cheat. I complained and exchanged numerous emails and phoned them, but they did not even address my issue properly and everytime asking me same questions despite explaining few times. I ultimately gave up bearing loss of around £80. After writing a negative review on another website, I was approached by MIRRAW. Circus started again, asking me saree photos and details of problem which I had to explain again despite a trail of 19 emails exchanges earlier and details given several times!!!! Finally as goodwill they offered to put credit in my online wallet (Not refund though!!) to purchase their another product. This was in exchange of removing review on another website. I waited for credit points to get added to my account. But they are real bullies and harrass their customers to extremes. I just could not believe it, Next day, I got a text saying that there was no issue with the saree they delivered and will not process the credit points/refund. When I tried to call back on their whatsapp number and texted, NO ANSWER. I felt so harrassed and cheated by this terrible business MIRRAW, that I actually cried on wasting hours with them. I will share my horrible experience on other review platforms to warn customers about your shady, misleading and fradulent selling practices. IF I HAD THE OPTION OF GIVING ZERO STAR OR MINUS RATING, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT.

Worst online purchase experience I have ever had and worst customer service ever as for returning items. I purchased several items and wanted to return them (the reason should not matter, per their return policy). I contacted them within the timeframe per their policy on Whatsapp- which was so demeaning. The reps are useless and they kept bullying me to keep the items and using delay tactics. I tried asking for a refund for over 2 months- and now they have stopped responding. I never even opened the items. Several times in the chat they said yes to returning the items- but when asked for return information they would then rescind the offer. I was willing to pay to return the items. I do not want them and I especially do not want them now after dealing with them and seeing how much trouble others have had as well. I will not be recommending them to anyone. I will be posting reviews wherever I can and contacting the Consumer Helpline. They have fraudulent practices and do not honor their own guidelines. Bottom line- HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the clothing item was far below acceptable standards — flimsy fabric, poor stitching, and nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, the sizing was completely inaccurate, making the product unwearable. What made the experience even worse was the unprofessional customer service. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they refused to accept any responsibility and denied both an exchange and a refund, despite clear evidence of the problem. This is not how a reputable brand should treat its customers. I genuinely regret purchasing from this store. Save yourself the frustration — avoid this brand unless they drastically improve their quality and customer service.

Most rubbish customer service. I ordered a kameez in Oct and it came with extremely bad stitching all the threads inside are coming out. The size was way bigger than what I ordered. I sent 20 emails to them including all clear images and videos of the poor sewing and measurement and yet the lady Pooja Sharma of their customer care team keeps asking me for clear measurements and photos and videos. I dont understand how else I can make them to read the measurements as photos are very clear including that of falling sewing thread work. Extremely bad experience. What o saw on the website is not the same as the product I received. The dupatta material is different as well. Rubbish and very disappointing. Looks like they are copying and pasting the same email everytime I follow up for my refund. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT SHOP FROM MIRRAW.COM THEY ARE PATHETIC AND SELL RUBBISH CHEAP QUALITY WORKMANSHIP CLOTHES.

I bought two salwar kameez, both silk blend with straight pants in XXL. On receiving the items, one pair of pants was too small. I raised this with Mirraw and that's when they started the excuses to stonewall me rather than address the issue. The excuses given were: - different material (i am not sure how material affects measurements) - to measure with 8 line tape and send photos - i provided photos with measurements and compared with correct size pants that came in the same order - then they said my tape was incorrect as I used a white coloured tape instead of yellow. Although I had also provided measurements using Stanley 8 line tape too. = then they came up with another excuse to show the other side of the tape. There was a 3cm difference in waist and 20cm difference in hip. Basically, the staff are trained not to resolve complaints but rather make excuses. I will not buy from them again.

Ordered items on the 11th Of October,still not tracking number. Pathetic service poor communication. No different to shopping in the indian markets. TOTAL RIP OFF JUST MORE COSTLY RIP OFF THAN THE MARKETS

Mirraw.com Order Number M997977655 Extremely Disappointed with Mirror.com I had a very frustrating experience with Mirror.com. The quality of service was poor, especially when trying to connect with US/Canada phone numbers — it was nearly impossible. I also faced issues with ordering updates; the process was unclear and unresponsive. What made things worse were the hidden charges. I was surprised by unexpected custom clearance fees that were never mentioned upfront. This lack of transparency feels misleading and unfair. Overall, I would not recommend Mirror.com. The service is unreliable, and the hidden costs make it a bad value. I hope they improve their customer support and become more upfront about all charges.

Bad business conduct. Shipping dates are all wrong. Product never delivered. Hidden fees. Actual cost is 3 times less than what is charged. Pathetic customer service.

Very bad experience, ordered a saree with blouse and paid $76.00, ordered was supposed to be delivered on 27th September,2025, still have not received it , very bad customer service, don't reply emails and no update on the order. Not even refunding the money. Very disappointed.

I won’t even rate them one star. Recently i ordered accessories from Mirraw. Got carried away with the discounts and how high quality it looked online and spend £130 . Was totally disappointed when I opened the packaging itself. The products were defective not one but all of them. This speaks of their quality checks . Trust me roadside products is better than theirs . Do Not get decieved by what u see online the pictures look high quality that’s because they focus more on online gimmic to thug customers. What I spend for those accessories is not even £10 worth.

DO NOT BUY FROM MIrraw. At the time of buying I was told that returns were easy. Now I am trying to return ready-made items back due to size and quality and it impossible to do it. They aren't providing return address and holding 400 USD worth items. They asking for stupid information like "place your clothes on the floor and take picture for items you want to return " even though I provided item number and pics or " send the measurements of the clothes ". These guys are scammers. Multiple inefficient staff who don't have any knowledge of customer service or just general knowledge are answering emails They dont pick up calls or call you back. And now they dont have a return address for me to send the items back. Its very frustrating and I am pulling my hair for the last month.

I bought a necklace piece. It was approx $40. When it came, it did not have a clasp at the end. Nor could I tie it as it was metal chains. There is no way I could wear it. I sent pictures to mirraw. Wrote everything in innumerable emails. Talked to customer support. Nothing happened. The metal is like plastic. I have already spent 40$ on it. I don't want to spend 100$ more to make it wearable. Mirraw is not refunding me. Best not to trust these portals.

Sent me lehengas where the skirts were a size 14 and tops were a size 6… I ordered a size 8. The material and stitching were extremely poor quality. They then demanded pictures multiple time which they said they never recieved, even when I forwarded on the email proof. And then.. ignored all my emails!!. Basically this company is a SCAM… save yourself the money and stress and buy anywhere else

Very unprofessional behaviour from Mirraw They took prepaid order and didn't deliver my item When questioned they say that they can't help. They have taken my money also and not delivering the product. Now they are not returning money also. Highly unprofessional attitude

Only received part of the order. Was told that order items can not be delivered anymore. Still didnt get any refund. Order was placed 2 monthes ago.

ZERO STAR NOT AN OPTION. There will be 50 plus Zero star reviews from each member of my family. Order came in after keeping my money for 3 months, & as soon as I pulled a bit of order , it was torn worn out rag material. I immediately pushed the fabric back , & guess what it was dozens of hours of time investment, calls , emails , non ending cycle . & months later response was I did not like the purchase was not enough reason . The shameless company needed a book explaining why & how I needed to return , I was so furious that I did write that thesis . I choked when I got a response say the company still won't refund but offered 5% discount on future purchase????? I am looking into legal avenue to stop this India based company to stop buisness operations in United States .

Terrible customer service and even worse business management!! I had ordered an outfit for a wedding. I gave them my measurements and when I received the item, It was too small. I contacted them right away and told him what happened. They told me to send them pictures of the measurements of the outfit that I received. So I sent that, and you can see clearly that the measurements are not the same as what I sent them. They keep insisting that the measurements are correct. Then they said they didn't have enough material for the blouse piece, so they had to make it short. Really? Are you serious right now? Couldn't they just let me know that there isn't going to be enough material for the blouse so I can pick something else out. We keep going back and forth and it's been a month now that this hasn't been resolved. For the past couple of weeks i've been trying to contact them and they have not replied to any of my emails or WhatsApp messages. I wouldn't give my business to them ever again. They are money hungry thieves!!! I'm just so frustrated and angry with them.

Very disappointed, very bad customer service. They made a mistake on my lenga blouse, they fist offered to send me a new one then decided not to. I have been communicing with Vishal Mishra for the last month going back and forward. And now he will not get back to my emails. Very disappointed the way they have treated me. Not professional at all. I would never buy again from this company. Waste of money, time, energy and left with a uncomple outfit.
