I bought a necklace piece. It was approx $40. When it came, it did not have a clasp at the end. Nor could I tie it as it was metal chains. There is no way I could wear it.
I sent pictures to mirraw. Wrote everything in innumerable emails. Talked to customer support.
Nothing happened. The metal is like plastic. I have already spent 40$ on it. I don't want to spend 100$ more to make it wearable. Mirraw is not refunding me.
Best not to trust these portals.
