“If I could give zero I would! The outfit is described as pink zari lengha. The picture shows a pink lengha with silver zari work. The outfit sent is red with bright gold zari work of the cheapest kind possible. Also the dupatta is described as "silk" but the material is actually "plastic". Mirraw is an absolute con outfit. Stay away.... You will neither be able to wear the outfit or return it and get a refund!! There should be criminal charges brought against Mirraw!!”

“Despite the website saying my payment has not gone through, payment was taken from my account. l sent the screenshot of the payment and was asked to wait for 24 hours. It's now been 4 days and they won't respond to my email”

“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! TOTAL SCAM As an international buyer I ordered an outfit and a necklace from the website. Big mistake! The items were of poor quality and did not fit. I contacted them asking about their refund process. I followed their strict instructions and paid £35 to return the item tracked and signed to the address specified. The tracking number showed it was delivered yet they stated they had not received it. They had told me to label the items as "defective" as part of the refund. They refused to give me my money back and Paypal sided with these criminals. Do not recommend anyone purchasing from here. Awful company with a typical indian mentality. They should be shut down.”

“VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I bought from Mirraw quite a few times and the outfits were beautiful, even recommended family and friends but NEVER AGAIN! I bought an outfit for my nephew's wedding when it came it looked NOTHING like the online photo. I have been emailing since 5/31/2024 and have not heard from them. I got an initial response that it was sent to their "concerned team", whatever that is. It's so unprofessional when a company takes your money immediately when you place an order but fails to meet its customer service obligations when there is a problem. The owner of this company hopefully is reading these reviews and will improve the customer service.”

“My experience with Mirraw has been highly distressing. I ordered £207 worth of clothing, but upon receiving the items, I discovered they were the wrong size. Following Mirraw’s protocol, I returned the items, incurring an additional £40 cost for recorded and tracked delivery. Throughout the process, I diligently informed Mirraw and provided all necessary details. As I tracked the delivery, I was aware of the item’s location. Upon confirmation of delivery to Mirraw, I contacted them for a refund update. Despite providing tracking evidence that the items had been received, Mirraw claimed otherwise and requested that I remove an unspecified dispute. This process extended over nearly three months, causing significant frustration. While £207 is a considerable amount for me, the customer service I received was appalling. However, once I contacted the CEO, my refund was processed almost immediately, revealing that there were no real issues with the refund. This ordeal caused me significant stress and disrupted my plans, as I could not achieve the look I desired for a special occasion. I would not recommend Mirraw to anyone unless they are absolutely certain they will not need to return any items. The service I experienced was terrible and deeply disappointing.”

“They increased price when I went to place the order. Then shipped me unstiched material even though I paid for customization. They were extremely rude and nasty and would not respond to emails and would not issue refund even after their item was returned. Very dishonest business.”

“Absolutely avoid shopping from here! There are way better sites that offer good prices and good service. I shopped from Mirraw a crepe salwar set couple of months back (October 2023) and after 1 wash the dress shrunk and left lot of color. It also started to tear. When I emailed the customer care team they kept dragging the case so long and its not resolved until now. I have not received my refund. They are duping customers. Why would they advertise saying ‘Money back Guarantee’ and then never offer my full refund? They just contact you each time but never actually resolve the case, As a customer I deserve the refund. DO NOT SHOP FROM here! They are scammers. Worst quality and worst customer service team who cant make a decision. You cannot return or get refund. So do not waste your time.”

“REPORT THEM TO USING ALL THE PLATFORMS, ALL. Mirraw India/online is disaster all around. Their customer service is laughable, their communication is not reasonable. They asked me to take pictures of the items ordered and send it back via email unbelievable. They will not refund customers. I think they like money but there is a proper way to earn money. I was communicating with they from 5/18/2023 to 11/15/2023 daily emails. The amount was $144.80. they said it cannot be solved because is more than 7 days old problem, that same day called, BBB, Online business regulations, and finally local bank that owns the credit card that I used I was refunded within 72 hrs”

“DPD lost the parcel and finally admitted this after a lot of badgering. Mirraw then promised a refund which has failed to materialise after another lengthy period of emails going unanswered. Dont bother ordering if you want to be sure of good service and any vague semblance of care about the customer.”

“Mirraw is the worst Online shopping site with absolutely no customer care service. I ordered two Indian men kurta set from Mirraw. One was nice and it fitted my son well. The other kurta set blue embroided silk sherwani. Product ID: 3141885 did not fit my husband well and I posted it back in good faith that I will get the refund of the item. I posted this item and paid £17.99 for postage. Total cost: 46.32 for the item + 17.99 for post= £64.31 I did not receive any refund for my item. I tracked my delivery and found that the recipient refused to accept the delivery and returned. I have not received this post back! I called up customer services so many times and spoke to an agent called Shankar who does not help. I also submitted a query form at Customer services to help refund for my item, they do not reply. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with Mirraw customer services. They should not be dealing with International customers as in foreign countries these issues are dealt with utmost care and refunds are processed. I hope no international customer buy any items from Mirraw because if anything goes wrong with the order, they do not help! Please note that the tracking reference number with Royal mail: LG988809015GB”

“I have had previous parcels from Mirraw delivered but this time they have made things so much worse. I cannot physically go and collect the parcel at the depot whose driver is unable to find my address. In the meantime I have received several parcels from the same depot and Mirraw has refused to refund the money saying that the parcel will be destroyed whereas it shows that the parcel has been returned to the sender.”

“It's a scam! Don't order from this site! They will find every way to rip you off! I am based in Germany. I ordered a dress (order number: M102171622) and when I got it (after 1000 years), I see that it is not fitting me properly! Based on my estimation, I thought of a specific size but later I found I should have gone for a different size. Ideally, in Germany or in any civilized country, you can return the product within certain days without any question or giving a proper reason. But you can return. But in Mirraw, the answer to return is NO! First, it will take 1000 years to deliver. With the delivery process, they provide ABSOLUTELY no information/update! So you don't know what's going on with the product. And last but not the least, they have the worst return policy on earth! Not only do you need to bear the shipping cost to India, but you also are not even allowed to return the product if it does not fit you, or if you don't like it after receiving it. So if anything seems nice to you online, you order and after receiving you see it is not what you expected, then boom! you are screwed! it's your fault and you can not send it back and they will not give you money or make any exchange! It feels like they are some random needy people from India who desperately needs money and they will find every loophole to refuse your claim! Unbelievable!”

“First of all, a very poor customer service. Most of all the products are very low quality. I have ordered 5 items but only received 3 items. 25 days gone since I placed my order and I am still waiting to receive 2 more items. Their support team is full of joke, every time I contact I have to send the same thing again and again. They don't pass the information from one guy to another. Hardly you will receive a reply only the option is to email the support review@mirraw.com but you will not receive any reply or phone call. I thought to grow up a good business but sadly so disappointed and hopefully not anymore.”
