“Worst Company Ever – Wrong Product Sent and Poor Customer Service"

I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality from Mirraw. I ordered a saree that was advertised as dark blue, but what I received was a completely different color—pure black—and the quality was far below what was promised. To make matters worse, the company has been unresponsive to my request for a full refund, despite my numerous emails explaining that this was not my mistake, but theirs.
I understand their policy on non-returnable stitched items, but this situation is different. I received the wrong product and poor quality material, yet they continue to offer minimal refunds (starting at 10%, then 15%), which is completely unacceptable. Why should I, as the customer, be penalized for an error on their end?
Their lack of proper customer service and failure to address the issue has been incredibly frustrating. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experience—buyer beware”
“The quality is terrible. The product doesn’t look like the picture . Very bad customer service. No one is bothered to resolve an issue . I received a wrong product and had to follow up multiple times to get mine . Still didn’t receive it”

I tracked my order multiple times via email and phone and no one gave me the correct information. after many emails and calls, they informed me the order would take an extra 12-15 days to deliver just 3 days before my event. Mirraw is not a trustworthy and professional company to order your items. don't believe them as they are lying to customers and you will end up with no solution.”

“Do not trust MIRRAW. They supply very poor quality materials. I had return two items recently, now struggling to get the refund. Each day I am receiving email from MIRRAW with different stories about my refund. The return post tracking says item delivered. However MIRRAW create stories each day delaying the refund. Return postage we have to pay from our own pocket which MIRRAW will not refund. So please do not engage MIRRAW. It is waste of money and time.”

Measurements were totally wrong.I ordered size 38 ,I received size 36. They either don’t understand English or they just send you what they have.I send them pictures.They kept saying that they will sort out the issue in 24 hours and kept apologising for the delay. At the end I got fed up and asked them to forget about it. I wouldn’t even put it in for charity. It would be a disgrace for the people in need.

“Worst online shopping experience ever! We ordered two clothes out of Germany as a wedding gift, to be delivered inside India. After three weeks(!), only one garment (saree) was delivered, after numerous incorrect info-mails re delivery status. Yesterday came the dispatch info for the second garment, when checking the tracking no. it said that the parcel was not picked up as the order was cancelled, which was confirmed by the seller. We requested a refund which was granted (as the goods were never delivered and the gift wrap for which we had paid was not made). Now, we are informed that we have to return the garment (which we never received) to the seller. Luckily we have two days left before the wedding to look for another present, but we will obviously never order again with Mirraw as they are unreliable. Or maybe they cancelled the second part of our order because we complained about the poor handling of the first part, trying to get rid of unpleasant customers?? Appropriate rating would be minus one star.”

“If I could give zero I would! The outfit is described as pink zari lengha. The picture shows a pink lengha with silver zari work. The outfit sent is red with bright gold zari work of the cheapest kind possible. Also the dupatta is described as "silk" but the material is actually "plastic". Mirraw is an absolute con outfit. Stay away.... You will neither be able to wear the outfit or return it and get a refund!! There should be criminal charges brought against Mirraw!!”

“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! TOTAL SCAM
As an international buyer I ordered an outfit and a necklace from the website. Big mistake! The items were of poor quality and did not fit. I contacted them asking about their refund process. I followed their strict instructions and paid £35 to return the item tracked and signed to the address specified. The tracking number showed it was delivered yet they stated they had not received it. They had told me to label the items as "defective" as part of the refund. They refused to give me my money back and Paypal sided with these criminals. Do not recommend anyone purchasing from here. Awful company with a typical indian mentality. They should be shut down.”
“VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I bought from Mirraw quite a few times and the outfits were beautiful, even recommended family and friends but NEVER AGAIN! I bought an outfit for my nephew's wedding when it came it looked NOTHING like the online photo. I have been emailing since 5/31/2024 and have not heard from them. I got an initial response that it was sent to their "concerned team", whatever that is. It's so unprofessional when a company takes your money immediately when you place an order but fails to meet its customer service obligations when there is a problem. The owner of this company hopefully is reading these reviews and will improve the customer service.”
“My experience with Mirraw has been highly distressing. I ordered £207 worth of clothing, but upon receiving the items, I discovered they were the wrong size. Following Mirraw’s protocol, I returned the items, incurring an additional £40 cost for recorded and tracked delivery. Throughout the process, I diligently informed Mirraw and provided all necessary details.
As I tracked the delivery, I was aware of the item’s location. Upon confirmation of delivery to Mirraw, I contacted them for a refund update. Despite providing tracking evidence that the items had been received, Mirraw claimed otherwise and requested that I remove an unspecified dispute.
This process extended over nearly three months, causing significant frustration. While £207 is a considerable amount for me, the customer service I received was appalling. However, once I contacted the CEO, my refund was processed almost immediately, revealing that there were no real issues with the refund.
This ordeal caused me significant stress and disrupted my plans, as I could not achieve the look I desired for a special occasion. I would not recommend Mirraw to anyone unless they are absolutely certain they will not need to return any items.
The service I experienced was terrible and deeply disappointing.”
