VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I bought from Mirraw quite a few times and the outfits were beautiful, even recommended family and friends but NEVER AGAIN! I bought an outfit for my nephew's wedding when it came it looked NOTHING like the online photo. I have been emailing since 5/31/2024 and have not heard from them. I got an initial response that it was sent to their "concerned team", whatever that is. It's so unprofessional when a company takes your money immediately when you place an order but fails to meet its customer service obligations when there is a problem. The owner of this company hopefully is reading these reviews and will improve the customer service.
