The service was average for the following reasons,
1. I had asked for a surveyor in my area Poole Dorset, the surveyor came from Brockenhurst, hardly local.
2. The survey was subcontracted out to a third party.
3. I was quoted £575 + VAT but invoiced £690 no VAT so would not be able to reclaim the VAT element.
4. I asked for specific advice regarding a loft conversion and PV on the roof, neither were mentioned.
5. The survey was done promptly but the report took over a week to arrive and only after I had chased it.
