“I needed a RICS report following my mum’s passing, which was already an incredibly difficult and emotional time for me. From the very first conversation with Mirus Surveyors, I was treated with such kindness, compassion and understanding. The whole experience was honestly above and beyond what I could have expected. The conversation flowed so naturally that I genuinely felt like I had known them for years. They made me feel completely at ease, took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms, and helped me understand the difference between a valuation and a RICS report, which I had no idea about. What really stood out to me was the genuine compassion shown throughout. At a time when I was feeling overwhelmed and very much alone, they actually managed to lift my mood and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier. Unfortunately, due to delays with my solicitor, the RICS report expired before everything was completed. I contacted Mirus, and with just one email, everything was sorted and the report was reissued (following payment) without any fuss whatsoever. I cannot recommend Mirus Surveyors highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and, most importantly, genuinely lovely and compassionate people. I would absolutely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“Avoid this company at all costs - unprofessional and asked the client where the spelling errors were in the document. Conflicting information in the valuation report, clearly a copy and paste exercise. Person who attended the so called “survey” was not even the author of the report. Very poor attention to detail. Lydia has an extremely poor attitude. They go behind your back and speak to another client about your survey without consent. Save your money and go elsewhere!”

“Very prompt at replying to emails and did not take long for them to get a surveyor out to us. As this was the first time I had done this, both the surveyor and head office where very helpful and patient. The surveyor was polite and had a lot of useful advice. The report was done within a couple of days. The only reason I will not do five stars is because I think the prices are higher than a number of others we eventually got quotes for. Primarily on the desktop 'refresher' surveys which will be required further down the line. That said, I will use Mirus again for the above reasons and I would have given 4.5 stars had that been a choice.”
