“I recently used Minus Surveyors to carry out an evaluation of my flat and had a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and efficient, with clear communication throughout. Tema was especially impressive. polite, professional, and thorough. He asked all the right questions and made me feel confident in the assessment being carried out. Overall, a very reliable and competitively priced service. “A very steam lined service. I made a few errors on my initial form filling which were picked up by Mia. The probate valuation was undertaken early in the new year by Martin who knew the nuances of the town, he was very professional and thorough. He was also sensitive to the circumstances around the valuation, the loss of my Mum, which was appreciated. The valuation came through within a few days, it was clear with plenty of evidence for final figure.”

“Incredible helpful company, prompt responses and good valuation . Absolutely excellent service . We needed to extended the valuation , because how slowly the housing association / shared ownership selling works, and every single time they did an amazing job. Definitely recommend them.”
