“The gentleman that came out for the survey was very particular checking everything . The email arrived reasonable quickly followers by a hard copy a few days later . It was well worth having the full structural survey done ! The cost was not the cheapest around or by far the most expensive ! A good choice at the end of the day . !”

“A very responsive attitude to my request for an urgent survey. Good and easy communication with the surveyor himself who provided very valuable feedback. The report was very comprehensive and will prove invaluable as we make changes to the property we have now just completed on purchasing. Would definately recommend.”

“Very pleased with the survey and with the price. Surveyor seemed highly knowledgeable and also gave his opinion rather than sitting on the fence which was refreshing. Was a nice touch that you can actually speak to the person who went to the property and talk through any points that come up. Would have given 5 stars if not for slight lack of communication at times. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

The survey report was delivered quickly and provided information important to us about the condition of the property that enabled us to make a sound decision about whether to proceed with purchase. “We were moving to a completely new area, and did not know any surveyors so we used this service. The report was very detailed and brought to our attention that there was a fault on the central heating system. Fortunately, it also brought the estate agents attention to the fact, who sorted it out! No complaints good service thanks again.”
