“I chose this company due to the positive reviews regarding their quick turnaround and I was on a short timeframe. The overall customer service and report I received were good but I did end up waiting 2 weeks for my report (which I also had to chase) from the initial enquiry so I wouldn’t recommend if speed is a priority for you as it was for me.”

“They accommodated to our needs by visiting our property on a Saturday, as that’s the day that best suited us. The valuation&lease extension report was produced quickly. Communication throughout was amazing and all our queries were dealt with efficiently. Thank you for all your help.”

“Working with Mirus was an absolute pleasure. Our valuation was scheduled and completed within a week, which was super helpful for our process. Neil visited us early on a Sunday morning, navigating through a nearby half marathon (which I hadn't realised was happening—sorry again, Neil!). Despite road closures and crowds he still made it to our apartment, conducted the survey, and had the report back to us within two days. I would highly recommend Mirus and will definitely use their services again should the need arise.”

“Mirus Surveyors carried out a Rics valuation of my property and their services were speedy and professional. After the first contact they quickly sent me all the information required before booking the appointment. The surveyor then agreed on a suitable time for both of us. He was professional and courteous and had very good knowledge of the property market in the area. The valuation report was sent to me within a week of his visit. I highly recommend their services.”

“Fantastic service! Quick, professional dealings. My valuation took 2 days from the first email enquiry to then the valuation the next day, and after the valuation I had my valuation report an hour later. Highly recommended!The price is also reasonable.”
