I found the service provided by your company in the end was well done at a very competitive cost.
The chap that called to carry out the procedure was a very pleasant guy and accommodating.
However communications (via email) was quite difficult with your organisation over several days when trying to tie up visit times to suit three separate parties, myself, my tenant and the surveyor.
One other thing that could, I think improve the survey would be to officially post out a copy of the survey to the property owner at very little extra costs to youselves.
Some how just printing of a copy for safe keeping from an email does not feel as if it is a legal document for use as future proof of property valuation HM revenue.
So just a little more time spent by your organisation would go a long way to achieve customer satisfaction.
