I think i must have struck lucky. I was looking for a surveyor in the Bournemouth area to do a survey really urgently. I was given Peter Jones, Director of Gavaghan Jones Associates ltd. by MIRAS. He had a few problems getting through to the lettings agent and even getting hold of the key to one flat (of two that i was intending to purchase as a buy to let). I couldn't praise him highly enough. I have already recommended him to one of my sisters who in the future will need a good surveyor. He was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, great to deal with. He put in the extra effort and time to make this happen fast. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellence and an extremely nice person with whom to do business.
