Martin came out very quickly, was professional and thorough and explained the process he was undertaking and the steps he would go through in the process. It wasn't just a cut and paste valuation. He then took the time to personally call me to explain his findings, where he did his research and the work behind the scenes he had done to draw his conclusions. I would highly recommend
