Mirus communicated well with me and gave me a date for the survey within a short time frame. Also when I had one purchase fall through due to the owner deciding not to sell Mirus were quick to respond and also gave me a credit note to use for next purchase so I did not loose out. A friendly and effective service. I will certainly use again.
