Laurie Gavaghan did our survey. As this is the first survey we have ever had I can't really comment, all I can say it was done quickly after we applied for it and the report came very quickly after the the survey had been done.
What I can comment on is that we asked Laurie a question to which he answered, but when I asked another he completely ignored my mail even though I sent him several regarding the second question which actually was based on the first question. So I don't actually think I got value for money!
