Mr Gavaghan was extremely professional He carried out the survey shortly after inital comtact was made. His report was clear, concise and well illustrated with photographs. He pointed out all the drawbacks, areas of future concern and possible risks. His report prompted me to pull out of purchasing the property surveyed and potentially saved me a lot of money. The survey was worth every penny I paid. I would recommend Mr Gavaghan to anyone.
